Our Return Policy
SoulGear guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from MySoulGear.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
1. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Any returned parcels after the 30 days, will not be accepted for Exchanges or Refunds.
2. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and with the original hang tags attached.
3. All garments are subject to inspection checks for return eligibility.
Garments that will not be accepted for either returns/exchanges/refunds are as follows:
Visible wear and or damaged.
FAULTY ITEMS
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible, Videos are preferred
- Full photo of the item, front and back
- Our Logo and label
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you ASAP.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
